From the first pour of our signature dark roast to the last call of the night, Cafe 191 is where the Gallatin community gathers to pause, connect, and unwind.
Nestled along Gallatin Road, Cafe 191 was born from a simple desire: to create a space that feels like home, whether you're grabbing a quick espresso on your way to work or settling in for a long evening with friends.
We source ethically grown beans and pour them with precision. We craft cocktails with locally inspired ingredients and a twist of flair. But most importantly, we pour our hearts into the hospitality. In a world that moves too fast, we invite you to slow down and stay a while.
